These Terms govern use of neighshopglobal.com and purchase of Neighshop Global software products, digital licenses, and IT / software development & professional services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, making a payment, or engaging Neighshop Global for products or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our related policies (Privacy, Refund & Cancellation, Return, Shipping). If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
2. About the Company
Neighshop Global is an IT and software company offering software products and technology services. Leadership contacts for policy / support matters:

3. Definitions
- Company / We: Neighshop Global
- Client / You: any individual or business using the website or purchasing from us
- Products: software licenses, digital products, packaged applications and related deliverables
- Services: custom software development, websites, mobile apps, SaaS, consulting, implementation, support and other professional IT services
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law. If you act for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
5. Scope of Products and Services
- Product features, service scope, timelines and fees are as described on the website, proposal, quotation, statement of work (SOW) or invoice.
- Custom development work starts after written confirmation (email / signed SOW) and receipt of any agreed advance payment.
- We may update product features for improvements, security and compliance; material changes to paid engagements will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
6. Orders, Quotations and Payments
- Prices are generally quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated, exclusive or inclusive of taxes as specified on the invoice.
- Applicable GST and other taxes will be charged as per Indian law.
- Payments may be collected via PhonePe, UPI, cards, net banking, bank transfer or other approved methods.
- For services, payment schedules (advance / milestone / monthly) apply as agreed in writing. Work may be paused if invoices remain unpaid beyond the due date.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inability to deliver.
7. Delivery of Digital Products and Services
- Software / digital products: delivered electronically (download link, license key, portal access or deployment) within the stated timeframe after successful payment, subject to verification.
- Custom services: delivered as per agreed milestones, demos and acceptance criteria in the SOW.
- Client delays in providing content, credentials, feedback or approvals may extend timelines without liability on Neighshop Global.
8. Intellectual Property
- Website content, branding, product code templates and pre-existing IP remain owned by Neighshop Global unless transferred in writing.
- For custom projects, ownership of final deliverables transfers as specified in the SOW (often after full payment). Third-party libraries, open-source components and licensed tools remain under their respective licenses.
- Clients must not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute our products except as expressly permitted by license.
9. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business and contact information
- Ensure you have rights to materials you supply (logos, content, data)
- Use products and services only for lawful purposes
- Keep login credentials confidential
10. Prohibited Use
You must not use our website, products or services for unlawful activities, to infringe IP, to distribute malware, to attempt unauthorised access, or to process illegal goods / services payments.
11. Warranties and Disclaimers
We endeavour to deliver professional-quality work. Except as expressly stated in a SOW or product license, services and products are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party networks, hosting or payment systems.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Neighshop Global's total liability for any claim relating to a product or service shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to us for that specific product or service in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Neighshop Global, its founders, co-founders, officers and team against claims arising from your misuse of products/services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Cancellation, Refunds and Returns
Cancellation, refund and return rules are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. Provisions on IP, liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable. Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution via email / phone before formal proceedings.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
